My feel with Alamo car rental Atlanta was great until I returned to Seattle office at Hilton Hotel. I have accidentally left my phone (switched on) in the front passenger seat of van which I remembered before 100 meter from office. On returning to rental office, I noticed that my phone was missing & I viewed everywhere, including floor, under mats, at back of van, and my phone couldn’t be found.
Manager called a guy who moved the van & he miraculously recognized it immediately underneath the mat at back of van, where I have viewed two minutes before.

After pointing that guy, who had tried to rob my phone I was supposed to leave office as well. Upon returning to home I realized that my own SD card was missing from the phone! Regardless of what I already said to manager, she stood at thief of employee & didn’t talk with me – she said “call cops – I don’t bother”. Customer care offered by manager of Alamo Seattle office was atrocious. Unfortunately, those police officers could not do anything regarding my robbed SD card that contained my personal photos. I will ever rent cars from Alamo again & would recommend. If you do that, don’t rent from Alamo Seattle office and move towards car rental Atlanta airport . It’s best to hire cars from car rentals USA as well.

On Saturday, 18th July, we picked up rental car from the Alamo San Jose at Costa Rica. After driving 1 hour to our trip, my brake went entirely out of condition and the car began to go downhill & we are approaching the curve. Car began to pick speed & I pulled emergency brake but nothing happened.

We all would have died; there was the cliff which I thought we’re going to fly away if we did not collide with truck. Collision was bad yet airbags didn’t go away at all. The Alamo left my own friends at mountain for four hours when I was rushed up to hospital with broken wrist.
